I would like to thank you and your staff for being so responsive to my problem earlier today and for rectifying it very satisfactorily and promptly. I appreciate the input of everyone very much including from the lady I spoke to on the telephone and to whom I lodged a complaint and who identified my distress, the subsequent telephone follow up and visit by yourself and particularly the efforts of your installation team lead by Marwaan who did a faultless job motivated by Marwaan’s very high quality control standards.
Thank you so much for sorting it all out despite the time lapse from the initial kitchen installation. I appreciate it very much and must commend everyone involved for the great service given. I was most impressed and delighted by the speedy resolution of the issue.
