“I had a kitchen done by Easylife in 2008, which has lasted very well. However, the doors needed repair (natural wear & tear), so I contacted the ELK Franchise in North Riding. Marie came to us, measured the doors, made recommendations send a reasonable quote, and kept us informed from start to finish. Franchisee store Head, Shawn, personally cam and checked the replacement dimensions and colours (always more difficult than a new kitchen from scratch). Installation on time, team really spotlessly clean and efficient.
Marie then came back to check on quality, commented on a roller shutter (not part of the current renewal) which was chafing slightly, and Shawn then came back, identified the manufacturer and is acting on the problem. I have rarely come across a company which has shown efficiency, pleasantness, and personal attention to detail such as this. They delivered in every respect, and merit their “Franchise of the year” award which they have held for the past three years.
